Our 2024 Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 10 October 2024.
A number of matters were considered at the AGM:
- Members approved the minutes of the previous AGM held on 19 October 2023;
- Following a presentation from the Treasurer, Members accepted the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024. Members were advised that the membership fee for 2025 would be $75;
- Members received a presentation from the President on our activities for the year and our plans for the future;
- Members agreed that, in addition to the President, Secretary and Treasurer, the number of ordinary Committee members for 2024 should be nine;
- Members elected a new Committee of Management for 2024/2025 as set out below.

2024/2025 Committee of Management
